Tickets are subject to availability. Seats may be located anywhere in the theatre, may be partial view, and multiple seats may not always be together. Show dates, times, cast, and venue policies are subject to change. Previously purchased tickets are not eligible, and tickets claimed through this offer are final sale. These points follow the same general structure Lucky Seat uses in its official rules and site terms for eligibility, drawing, claiming, seat location, and no-refund conditions.

You may only win once, so only enter for performances you are actually able to attend. Only the winner can access digital tickets or pick up tickets at the box office. A valid photo ID is required, and the name on the winning entry must match the name on that ID. Some seats may have a partial view, and while every effort will be made to seat multiple tickets together, that cannot be guaranteed. Lottery seats may be located anywhere in the theater.
