Through songs and stories, Penelope’s world ravels and unravels around her. And through acts of devotion, her maids end up suffering the most. Acclaimed writer Margaret Atwood, author of The Handmaid’s Tale, takes a footnote in Homer's Odyssey—the murder of Penelope's maids—and creates a world of beauty and pain on stage.
