About the production
Directed by Tom George. Winner of the 1945 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Harvey is a charming comedy about Elwood P. Dowd, a gentle man whose best friend is a six-foot-tall invisible rabbit. When his sister tries to have him committed, a hilarious mix-up lands her in the sanitarium instead. As the truth unravels, it becomes clear that Elwood’s odd companion might be more than just imaginary—and not such a bad influence after all.
